VICTOR BESSUDO
Co-Founder
Victor Bessudo is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in finance and business development. He began his career as an investment banker initially at Colombian boutique Valfinanzas, ad subsequenctly at UK-based Gneiss Energy. In 2021 he joined Chiper, a leading B2B e-commerce platform in Latin America, where he led the fintech expansion and launched Chiper Web Services, significantly increasing the company's footprint. He is also a board member at Grupo Aviatur and co-founder of Tyto-Spectrum Capital with Andres Pombo. Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Victor earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Universidad de los Andes and an MBA from MIT Sloan, where he was a Dean's Fellow.

ANDRES POMBO
Co-Founder
Andres is a multifaceted entrepreneur with roots in Bogotá, Colombia, and an impressive academic and athletic background. From leading his collegiate waterski team to national victory to launching a food truck business during his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin, Andres has demonstrated exceptional leadership and entrepreneurial skills. His journey continued at MIT Sloan, where he furthered his business ventures by founding Tyto Capital. Beyond his professional achievements, Andres is deeply committed to humanitarian efforts, notably serving as a volunteer pilot for the Colombia Civil Air Patrol, delivering vital medical supplies to remote communities. His blend of sportsmanship, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy defines a remarkable path of impact and success.
